Pastor Linda Kozlowski
May the Peace of Christ be with you today and always!

It is both a joy and an honor to serve as the Pastor of Calvary United Church of Christ in Barto, Pa.  We seek to be a friendly, welcoming presence in the community.  We seek to care for one another as well as for those in this community and throughout the world.  As the Body of Christ, we are deeply connected to one another.  If one person rejoices, we all celebrate.  If one person mourns, we all weep.  God created us to live in community.  God calls us to be loving, compassionate and forgiving.  May it be so!

I was raised in the United Church of Christ and am deeply committed to the belief that God is still speaking to us today—God who continues to sing, to laugh, to rejoice, to dance, and to urge us to find new ways to be in ministry together as we spread the Gospel of Christ.  For no matter who you are, no matter where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here.  I invite you to join us for Sunday Worship.  I invite you to join us on our faith journey as we seek to grow closer to God, as we seek to deepen our faith, as we explore the wonders and the mysteries of God.

My home town is Shillington, Pa. and I have lived my entire life in Berks County.  I graduated from Lancaster Theological Seminary in May 2014 and was called as the Pastor of Calvary UCC in September of 2014.  I am the mother of one adult son, Kevin, and I currently live in West Lawn, Pa.  Prior to receiving this call as Pastor, I was an Administrative Assistant for an investment firm in Wyomissing for 21 years.  I love people.  I love listening and hearing.  I love this new path that God has led me toward and the opportunity to share God’s love.

If you have any questions or if you want learn more about Calvary United Church of Christ, I welcome an opportunity to sit down with you.  My office hours are Mondays from 1 to 5, Tuesdays from 1 to 4, and Wednesdays from 2 to 6.  You can stop by at these times, call our Church office to schedule an appointment, or, join us on Sunday mornings.  I welcome the chance to meet you, to learn your story, to walk with you through this amazing journey called life.

Peace, love, and blessings,
Pastor Linda L. Kozlowski
